A. Yes, we ARE a licensed and insured business.

Q. Would you consider your pricing competitive compared to other businesses?

A. We don't compare ourselves to other local business in the industry even in regard to price. We simply work hard to offer our customers the BEST PRICING while taking into account we want to economically maintain the most current rentals that are always cleaned before and after each use as well as insured for the safety of our customers and ourselves.

Q. Is there anything I need to provide?

A. Your package will come with everything listed to make your event a success. Anything you need to be made aware of in regard to plugs, outlets, or say, ice (the only thing we don't provide in a package) for the snow-cone machine will be spelled out in your email, contract and via text confirmation prior to the event.

Q. Do you work with schools, churches or other community programs?

A. As of our opening 9/2022 we are in the process of securing the option to serve our local schools and proudly look forward to partnering with all interested community organizations in the Rock Hill and surrounding areas very soon. We'll keep you posted!
